Transtainer Merge

We are pleased to announce the merge of Trans-Tainer Pty Ltd effective 2nd June, 2008. 

Trans-Tainer is a leading Australian based manufacturer of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC's) and specialised storage tanks.   

The Transtainer range of products are marketed to Oil Companies, Oil Company Distributors, Mining, Contract Mining, Oil and Gas, Civil Construction and Chemicals / Industrial markets. 

The logo and general sales / marketing tools are in the process of being updated to provide a stronger corporate link with the Transtank business.

This is an exciting development for Transtank.  Transtank will invest heavily in the increased production, sales, marketing and general stock availability of the Transtainer range of products.

In Australia, Transtainer will operate as a stand alone sales and enginering design office based in Adelaide.  In South Africa, Canada, Europe, Asia and New Zealand our respective branch and distributor operations will act as a distribution channel for this range of equipment to market.

John McGuffog (General Manager), Kaye McGuffog (Administration Co-ordinator), Nicholas Tsirindanis (Global Business Development) and Bob Washington (Draftsman) will all stay on as vital members of the ever growing Transtank family.

The product families of Transtank will evolve into two main product groups, the Transtank brand will be used to market the range of containerised, self bunded static storage equipment, whereby the Transtainer brand will be used to market the range of equipment design for the transport of liquids and in some cases a dual application of static storage.

We look forward to presenting to our customer base an expanded, complete range of hydro carbons storage and dispensing equipment solutions. 

In addition the Transtainer range of IBC's will propel us into the exciting area of chemical and industrial liquids storage solutions.
